Participants will learn how to:
Create and execute a Go To Market plan including offer, pricing, and lead gen strategy.
Setup a sales funnel.
Setup and hire the people and systems required to fulfill customer/client demand at this stage.
Setup and get counseled on funding options for the business
Have spiritual, mental, and social-emotional support, investigation, and reflection.
Outcomes:
Full alignment with entrepreneurial assignment and impact.
Create mental space for business growth, and begin the role of “job creator”.
Open a systemic pipeline for leads and/or direct sales and therefore revenue into the business.
